Pathways to Innovation Excellence

A Global Benchmarking Study on Innovation Excellence by Arthur D. Little
Building on our competitive insights from more than a decade of innovation surveys, Arthur D. Little has just concluded its last Global Innovation Excellence Survey.
This time the bi-yearly survey focused on a company's "new business innovation" capabilities and the approaches needed in order to stay ahead of the competition. It was focusing on the "value creation" component of innovation excellence rather than the mechanisms needed for execution.
The general results of the study can be found here www.adl.com/InnoEx

In order to benchmark and compare your innovation excellence performance against the sample of our survey participants we would need to get the same kind of information from you.
To give you an idea what type of questions were asked you can download the original questionnaire as an electronic PDF (1.4 MB)
Completing the PDF questionnaire will take about 30-40 minutes.
